In the world of Lage Nordling Electric Ensemble, musical ideas and conceptuality are ruling masters over musical influences from jazz, prog rock and hiphop. Rhythm schemata’s, extended harmonic landscapes and intricate melodies make some of the foundations in Lage Nordlings creations, but the most prominent vision is his own new concept modular composition.
Releasing their debut album on ZenneZ Records May 3rd, LNEE is a brand new group of young swedish talent. Lage Nordling has been hailed as a guitarist for his dexterity and tasteful restraint, and as a mature songwriter in his band KosmoKid. The members of the band can also be heard in projects such as Post-Sun-Vision, Kathrine Windfeld and We Float among others.
